The Stonington High School athletic programs are all on-line. Parents, athletes and
fans can instantly access schedules, results, directions to schools and rosters with the
click of a button. Parents are encouraged to sign-up and receive e-mail instantly when
a schedule changes. Sign up to receive up to date schedule changes for SHS soccer,
football, field hockey, basketball, etc. or sign up for all of SHS’s athletic programs. Parents
can even check to see events from other ECC schools. The possibilities are endless
and the convenience can not be passed up. Here is how to do it.
Log on to www.ciacsports.com is the place to go to stay up-to-date on your favorite
schools, sports and teams on the Connecticut high school sports scene. From the
first day of practice through the day of the CIAC championship, parents can get all the
schedules, results and up-to-the-minute information either in their web browser or their
inbox.
With information entered directly by the athletic directors and coaches from CIAC member
schools, www.ciacsports.com has the latest information on everything in high school
sports. No matter what info one is after, it can be found at www.ciacsports.com; schedules
with team bus times and directions to game sites, results, rankings and more for
both the regular season and post-season are available. Download the schedules directly
into your PDA and/or a calendaring program such as Outlook or iCal.
Sign up for free e-mail lists that will notify parents any time their favorite team or teams
add a game, change a time or date or cancel a game on their schedule. Get game
scores sent immediately as they are entered by school personnel. Lists are available
for tournament information on a sport-by-sport basis. These lists are the fastest way to
get the scoop on matchups, game sites, postponements and results from the playdown
round to the championship game.
