Music Booster News

The SHS Music Boosters is a non-profit group that works toward the betterment of the Music Department, both band and chorus. Through volunteer parents, we help organize parades and concerts, as well as fundraise for instruments, sound equipment, uniforms, guest teachers and more. 

Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 7: 00 P.M. in the band room. We encourage everyone to attend. Membership is only $10 per family. It is important to note that only seniors whose families are members by February 1, 2008 will be eligible for scholarships. The SHS Music Boosters are preparing a concert program to be distributed at all band and choral events throughout the year. This program will include business advertisements, parent ads and congratulations, schedules of music-related events, and the inserts for the evening’s performances. The Music Boosters are selling the ads as a fundraiser for the Band and Choral Departments.  Contact Rhandi Lee at 599-0426 or davidrhand@comcast.net for more information. Deadline is November 17th.
