What you need to know: Some of the policies are in .PDF form and you will need Adobe Reader to open them. Other policies are in WORD and you will be asked to open or save these files. To read them, click 'open'. Some of the policies are large and take a moment or two to open (even with a high speed connection). Some policies will need you to 'Maximize' your viewing window. The maximize button is the one in the middle between the dash and the 'X' in the upper right hand corner on a windows PC. To maximize on a Mac, click the yellow button in the upper left hand corner. Sometimes the print is too large and/or reversed, click the 'zoom out' button found in the Adobe Reader header/toolbar. It is the minus sign found inside of a small circle near viewing size (viewing size should be 100, but sometimes it incorrectly says 117% or 123%).
